Hi, my name is Ella Polli and I'm a 12 year old homeschooler from Vermont. This year, I started a Young Entrepreneurs Class. We had to come up with a business and try to make some money. I decided to start up Sweet Ella's. I have loved baking my entire life and was so excited to start doing it for more than just fun! I wanted to be able to deliver my pastries so people could enjoy them without having the thought in the back of their mind saying 'I have to go out and get these pastries before I can eat them.' I wanted my customers to be able to eat the pastries without hesitation. I hope you enjoy them!
